LoL guides: Best sieging wards
The art of Sieging: Middle Lane
The Middle lane is one of the most dangerous map objectives that could be claimed. And that is because enemies could appear from any direction. As any lane, Middle Lane requires a great vision coverage to let you apply pressure and siege the rowers and other map objectives. Mid Lane is much more open, compared to the other lanes (top and bottom) so you need adequate wards on both sides of the map, to protect your allies. This job is uncompletable if you are playing as a Jungler or a Support - the warding job required the cooperation of the whole team, or you will be caught and slain.
Tier 2 Sieging
When you are ready to siege the middle lane, you might find yourself in real trouble position. There are more warding position than actual wards. So one or more flanking opportunities will be opened to an enemy and you need to ready for this. The sieging middle lane is an incredibly tough task due to an inability to cover every possible area from where you could expect an attack.
Midlane is right in the middle of the map, it is kinda obvious, isn't it? You will be flanked 100% and you should be prepared for this. You will never have enough wards to cover both sides of the lane, but there are some MUST-HAVE wards positions, as a ward deep inside the enemy's jungle. Having such deep wards will give you an opportunity to see an upcoming enemy. And you MUST do something with that incoming intel like you could Kill him or just lure him away from your teammates. Deep wards cannot be underestimated when we are talking about sieging towers in League of Legends, just look at the replays of boosters games from the https://boosteria.org and you will see how many information they are gathering thanks to these wards. Whatever your action will be - switch your goal, fall back, counter-attack; you need to have a ward coverage around these sports:
The Control Ward near the wolf pit, inside the jungle, will prevent situations when enemies are trying to place a ward behind a wall. This will give you the best chance to delete their vision in the easiest way and stay undetected, so they will not have a chance to hit you with the skill shots (well, they could, but it will be completely random).
Base sieging
But if we are speaking about sieging the very base and Inhibitor then you will need a vision in and outside the base. This will decrease the chances that enemies will detect your team. Always keep in mind that this is not Top or Bottom lane, so you will need to have a vision on both sides of the tower, and do not forget about Control Wards, they need to be placed on the outer walls of the enemy's base.
Wards on each side of an enemy's Inhibitor tower will ensure that you will see the enemy and all his actions, whatever they are planning to do. The additional vision will give you an opportunity to freely hit enemies or structures, fully neglecting the poking potential of an enemy, just because they will not clearly see your positionings.
Sieging an inhibitor is one of the most major objectives of the League of Legends because after it the siege minion will spawn that will continuously push this lane, forcing an enemy to spread his forces to outpush the lane, while the whole your team could apply pressure on the other lane. If you will start a siege of the bottom lane, while the Top or Mid lane already has no inhibitor, then you will have more chances to enter the base, while one of the enemies will be trying to push the lane without Inhibitor back.
But be sure that you are pushing the Middle lane only if other Tier 2 towers already destroyed. Otherwise, enemies would have more map control and could ambush you and perform a counter push, while all your team is dead. Control Wards in the entrances to the jungle will give you a chance to quickly change your plans and switch the map objective you want to take.
